●Different tuition fees and facility fees apply for students enrolling longer than the standard terms.
Refund of Fees
Should an applicant decline to enroll in the University after registration and the payment of relevant fees, such fees except for the enrollment fee are refundable only on the condition that he/she takes certain procedures set by the University by March 31, 2009. Please note that those through screening methods for the first and single choice applicants (Admission on Recommendation, and A.O. Screening 1st and 2nd Periods) are not eligible for refunds.
●Enrollment Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Retake
If an applicant meets the following requirement with regard to the University’s entrance examinations between July 2008 and March 2009, his/her application is regarded as “Retake” and the Examination Fee is waived after the first application.
The Examination Fee of \30,000 is waived if the submission of the application for the examination methods that require examinations conducted by the University including interviews and written tests is the second time or more. (e.g.) (1) A.O. Screening (2) Admission on Recommendation (3) Schedule A (4) Schedule B, and (5) Schedule C
Note:
* Application documents submitted for the previous application(s) should not be used again.
Please make sure that all application documents are newly prepared for the submission.
* An A.O. Screening applicant who has not proceeded to the Application Process after an interview is not regarded as a Retake applicant for the next application.
Multiple Applications
1. Applications for multiple departments are accepted for General Entrance Examinations (Schedule A, B, and C).
The Examination Fee remains ¥30,000 for multiple applications.
